Boarded my macaw with Hamza for 4 days while travelling for Eid. Got photo updates every couple of days and came back to a happy, well-fed bird. Felt like she was on holiday too.

Travelled for two weeks in August and boarded our cockatoo here. Climate control, daily handling, and they sent videos. Would not leave him with anyone else now.

Trusted Hamza with our pair of lovebirds for a long weekend trip. Pickup from our home in Mirdif, dropped off after, and the birds were perfectly healthy and calm on return.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my bird's own cage?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Familiar surroundings reduce stress and make boarding feel like a hotel rather than a kennel.
Do you accept birds with health issues?
Yes, with vet clearance. We've handled feather plucking, beak issues, and recovery birds. Contact Hamza on WhatsApp to discuss your bird's specific needs.
How often will I get updates?
Photo every 2 days minimum, video on request. Our Eid/summer travelers love the 'bird is fine' check-ins.
What if my bird gets sick during boarding?
Same-day vet referral to one of our partner avian vets. You're notified immediately and we coordinate everything until you're back.
Do you accept boarding for parrots that don't get along with other birds?
Yes — separate room available for territorial or anti-social birds. No mixing without your explicit OK.
    Is there a deposit?
50% deposit at booking via bank transfer to secure your dates. Balance at pickup. Refundable up to 7 days before your booking date.
Can I extend my stay if my trip is delayed?
Yes — just message us. We charge the same per-night rate; no surprise extension fees.
“Leaving your parrot with a friend who 'doesn't really know birds' usually means stress, missed meals, and a bird that comes back withdrawn. We've taken in birds from family-stays that needed weeks to recover. Hamza has been hand-raising and caring for parrots since 2018 — your bird gets the same care during boarding that ours get every day.”
