UAE Consumer Protection
Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law), consumers are entitled to accurate product information and fair trading practices. All our birds come with health certificates and accurate species/age information. As live animals, special return conditions apply in accordance with UAE commercial practice for the pet trade.
