Tamability
Fully-TamedThe White-Faced Cockatiel lacks the typical yellow and orange coloring entirely, instead sporting a clean white face with grey plumage. Males develop a pure white face after their first molt, while females retain a more muted grey face. This mutation creates one of the most striking and elegant-looking cockatiels. They are known for being slightly more reserved initially but become incredibly loyal and affectionate once bonded. White-Faced Cockatiels can be excellent whistlers and some learn to talk. They are gentle, intelligent, and make wonderful companions for dedicated bird lovers who appreciate their unique, understated beauty.
Tamability & Maintenance
White-Faced Cockatiels are highly tamable and thrive on intellectual and social engagement.
Diet
Quality cockatiel seed and pellet mix with daily fresh vegetables (spinach, broccoli, sweet potato), fruits, and cuttlebone for calcium.
